Repayment Options

The non-resident Indians, NRI’s stay abroad for employment reasons or carrying out activities outside India or for any other purpose in circumstances indicating an indefinite period abroad residence are eligible for NRI Housing Loan. The repayment options for NRIs is actually equated monthly (EMI), and includes interest and principal calculated on the monthly amount is based. EMI is payable every month, by the end of the date of each disbursement until the date of commencement of EMI.

With the option for repayment, the borrower may request a wider range of loan based on prospects for revenue growth for years to come. In this refund option, the loanee must pay less EMI in the early years as income increases over the years to come.

Payments of loans flexible plan is another option for repayment benefit. Under this option, the borrower has flexible payment loan facility. The borrower’s retirement age may opt to pay higher EMI in the early years and gradually move to pay lower installments after reaching retirement age.

Tranche Based EMI is an option offered to refund customers to save their interest. It is applicable when customers buy a property under construction and need to pay interest on the property. In this case, customers can fix the installments they wish to pay when the property is ready.

Accelerated repayment scheme for NRIs offers an excellent opportunity to repay the loan more quickly by increasing the EMI.
